I’ve fallen behind on the daily Fitness journal. And that’s a shame. I need to get back on track with it immediately. The reason it must be done has to do with ‘awareness’. Some people call it mindfullness. It doesn’t really matter what you call it. What it really boils down to is focus.
And I Didn’t Lose Focus
I may have lost a little of something. But focus wouldn’t be it. In fact, I think the focus is even sharper. Why? Because I’ve been tracking stuff and being aware of my abilities. Limited as they may be.
Not In Expertise
But in time. The facts are there are only so many minutes in a day. Yes, I know that’s an old cliché. But that doesn’t matter. It’s still true. So I’ve spent time looking at what my expectations of me are. And they are way way too high.
Once Again, I’m Too Compassionate
While it may seem cruel to say, I can’t care about everything. Doing so reduces the amount of time I get to spend on things important to me. I don’t have time to write about some stuff every day.
I am going to join a gym again. I do better IN a gym than I do OUTSIDE of a gym. So I’m going back. There’s a new one opening up soon… so I’m going to go there.
